Our brain works overtime, making about 35,000 choices every day – that’s like making a decision every couple of seconds! So, here’s the big question: How does this affect our lives?

Well, it makes us wonder if we should pay attention to our emotions and work together with our logical thinking. And the answer is a definite yes. We can take charge of our decisions, blending our thoughts and feelings like a conductor guiding an orchestra.

As we work towards losing weight, let’s find a balance. Set achievable goals that are not too high, so you have a better chance of succeeding. This way, you’ll stay motivated and feel great when you reach your goals. Each success pushes you towards more growth and progress.

      Foods are involved in love, social connection, nostalgia, family, friends, trauma, childhood, and any relationship etc.
      You are eating food because you are hungry or you want to get rewarded due to having a big day at work, want to avoid some situation etc.
      There are so many reasons people eat extra food which is not necessary for your body or even harms your body.

      I mean that losing weight is a very complex if you want to achieve what you want and keep your weight off.
      It would be best if you found the cause of why they eat the food too much resulting in overweight.

      And they are feeling guilty after eating. Eating food can be the most joyful time if you are having it with your loved one.

      Therefore, you need to understand their whole life and accommodate every angle they might need to deal with.
      Get to the point, emotional support and caring about their feeling are essential to take care of when you are trying to lose weight seriously.
